Accommodations & Rooms

The luxury suites at Azul Ixtapa Grand offer private spa baths, a sauna, and a hot tub inside the room. Each suite includes a furnished terrace, air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen cable TV. All rooms face the ocean, providing direct views from the 23rd-floor suites down to the pools and Zihuatanejo Bay.

Dining & Bars

Four on-site restaurants serve Mexican specialties, Asian fusion, Italian cuisine, and an international buffet. Three pool bars include one with a waterfall, plus a lobby bar and a snack bar provide additional drink options. The Oyster Bar at the neighboring Azul property offers blackened fish and sunset views, but requires a reservation.

Wellness & Recreation

The full-service spa offers massages, beauty treatments, a sauna, and a hot tub for relaxation. Three heated outdoor pools include an infinity pool with ocean views and an adult-only pool with four jacuzzi tubs nearby. A fitness center with modern equipment, plus daily activities like kayaking, biking, and sailboat rides are available on site.

Family & Pet-Friendly

The resort provides a kids' club, indoor play area, and a water park with slides for children under nine. Dogs are allowed with a daily fee of 1,000 pesos per night, and the hotel is certified as pet-friendly with a Travel Proud Certificate. Evening entertainment includes a nightly show from 8:30-9:15 PM, and guests have access to the neighboring Azul property for additional activities.

What our guests says about facilities

Azul Ixtapa Grand All Inclusive Suites - Spa & Convention Center offers amenities for your comfortable stay and unforgettable experiences

Delicious Buffet Experience

The food was amazing! The buffet offered a variety of options available from 7 am to 11 pm, always serving hot, flavorful dishes. The snack bar burgers were particularly delicious, and the sit-down restaurants provided even more unique specialties. My family and I truly appreciated the gourmet feel of each meal during our stay. Anyone who claims the food isn't good must be a gourmet critic because we enjoyed every meal!

Relaxing Spa Services

The spa was a highlight of our trip! We indulged in a massage and facial for two at a great price. The facilities were relaxing, featuring a sauna and an ice bath which added a refreshing touch. It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day of activities. I highly recommend scheduling some pampering time during your stay!

Every room in the hotel has an very nice view of the ocean. Our room was spacious with great amenities, including a large bathroom with a fantastic walk-in waterfall shower and a nice-sized patio that was perfect for enjoying the view. The comfort of the room, coupled with the amazing scenery, made our stay truly nice.

Awesome Kids Activities

My kids had a fantastic time at the resort! They loved the kids' water park which was a perfect size for them to enjoy hours of fun. With various activities available like ping pong, mini golf, and even archery, it was wonderful to see them so engaged. The staff were attentive and made sure they had everything they needed for a fun experience.
